Develop low-latency electronic trading software on Linux for market links and algorithmic trading. Participate in testing and code reviews, collaborate with trading and quantitative teams on requirements, and provide Tier 3 application support. The role includes an eight-week training program, mentorship, and production work in a proprietary derivatives trading environment.

Work with traders and quants to research, develop, and deploy delta one and ETF trading strategies. Perform quantitative market analysis, derive instrument fair value and sensitivities, design hedging and execution algorithms, and build automation tools to improve trading performance and risk management.
