Provides scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative support to project managers and the PMO in a technical industrial environment. Maintains project schedules, milestones, invoices, meeting minutes, issue logs, scope changes, documentation, fact sheets, and customer records. Coordinates project meetings, design reviews, project releases, long-lead item ordering, and PPE communications. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and collaboration, with less than 20% travel and occasional weekend or flexible-schedule work.

Build production AI systems, agents, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, intelligent search, and model integrations. Develop React and TypeScript frontends, Python and .NET or Node.js backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. Implement evaluation, security, observability, testing, CI/CD, containerized deployment, and production support. Connect AI applications with engineering and business systems, databases, vector search, and manufacturing platforms while collaborating with architecture, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Manage key accounts, develop new business, and close complex custom automation and engineered-system opportunities. Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity development through contract negotiation and project handoff. Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders; collaborate on tailored technical solutions; maintain pipeline forecasts; and monitor industry trends and competition. The role requires significant experience selling custom automation, engineered systems, or capital equipment and involves 30–50% travel.
