Train doctors and clinical staff at client practices on eClinicalWorks software through on-site coaching and classroom instruction. Develop workflow processes, demonstrate software functionality, recommend improvements, document training sessions, prepare reports, and escalate issues to project managers. The role requires strong communication, healthcare billing knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and frequent nationwide travel.

Executes and quality-checks biweekly, multi-state payroll; maintains employee payroll records, processes earnings and deductions, prepares Finance and HR reports, resolves discrepancies, answers payroll inquiries, and ensures confidential, accurate, compliant payroll operations.
