Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade enterprise AI solutions for customers. Develop generative and agentic AI applications, RAG workflows, APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks using modern AI platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and DevOps teams, lead customer workshops and proofs of concept, optimize AI systems for performance and cost, and recommend emerging technologies.

Troubleshoots technology incidents, responds to support tickets within SLA, performs routine account and floor checks, documents root-cause analyses, maintains operational and inventory documentation, coordinates issue resolution across teams, generates reports, supports information-security compliance, and develops action plans from gap analyses.

Build and deploy AI-enabled software, including agentic workflows, APIs, full-stack features, authentication, data integrations, testing, monitoring, and cloud deployments. The role involves Python development, enterprise data platforms, and AWS, with exposure to GCP and Azure. Engineers will investigate failures, document changes, collaborate with senior team members and product specialists, and may participate in client-facing work.
