Coordinates customer inductions and portal compliance across business units and branch teams. Maintains induction records, certificates, licenses, and SWMS; monitors service levels, productivity, revenue forecast accuracy, and compliance performance. Supports portal rollouts, technology implementation, reporting, and investigation of trends, variances, and exceptions. Requires administration experience, strong communication, data-entry and systems proficiency, with portal or induction management experience preferred.

Conducts end-to-end user research, synthesizes insights from research and analytics, supports product roadmap decisions, facilitates ideation workshops, and provides evidence-based recommendations for improving user experiences.
