The role requires strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and multiple active matters collaboratively. The position is based in Pittsburgh with a hybrid work schedule.

Represents clients in complex commercial litigation across federal and state courts. Handles motions, briefs, court filings, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, docket management, and trial preparation. Independently manages active matters while collaborating with clients and litigation teams.

Provides law students with practical legal support experience in a law firm environment. Responsibilities include managing filing systems, preparing legal documents, maintaining attorney-client files, collaborating with attorneys and business professionals, assisting with administrative tasks, and completing specialized training.
