Develop and maintain process controls, inspection methods, and QMS documentation; analyze quality data (capability studies, gage R&R), investigate defects, implement corrective actions, lead supplier audits, and support manufacturing operations and customer requirements.

Design, program, integrate, commission, and maintain PLC and FANUC robotic systems, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA/historian platforms to optimize manufacturing automation, troubleshoot downtime, create control documentation, and support continuous improvement projects.

Perform Magmasoft solidification simulations and CAD gating designs for aluminum castings, analyze results, correlate with production issues, develop tooling and process controls, and support continuous improvement.
