The Cloud Network Architect designs and implements cloud networking solutions, ensuring performance, security, and compliance while engaging directly with clients. The role involves overseeing infrastructure, enhancing network efficiency, and using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

Provide tier-3 systems engineering and technical leadership for cloud and on-prem environments (Microsoft 365/Azure, Exchange, AD), lead migrations and implementations, perform root cause analysis and remediation, maintain security and patching, document architectures and runbooks, and audit client environments with security best-practices.

Lead technical delivery for client environments including Microsoft 365/Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, virtualization, and security. Serve as tier-3 escalation and technical lead for migrations, implementations, and incident response. Perform system maintenance, audits, documentation, and apply best-practice security configurations while delivering long-term fixes and contributing to knowledgebase and runbooks.
