Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including staff leadership, leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, compliance, financial reporting, vendor contracts, inspections, safety, and legal notices. The role oversees property staff, supports resident retention, ensures accurate financial and operational processes, and maintains compliance with company policies, lease agreements, permits, and applicable requirements.

Lead IT strategy and day-to-day operations, owning technology vision, roadmap, budget, architecture, security posture, service management, vendor relationships, and IT team development while ensuring reliable, secure infrastructure and SaaS platform delivery.
