Provides administrative and clerical support to the Purchased Referred Care program. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and incoming communications, maintaining records and files, directing calls and visitors, assisting clients and staff, completing errands, and handling confidential information. The role is office-based, requires professionalism and strong communication, and reports to the Purchased Referred Care Manager without supervisory duties.

Serves as the primary clinical contact for grant-funded behavioral health programs. Coordinates screening, referrals, safety planning, crisis response, linkage to care, and continuity of services. Provides clinical guidance, consultation, education, documentation, and project input while collaborating with providers, grant teams, evaluators, and community partners. May provide licensed clinical services within project scope and supports culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and families.

Leads implementation of the Safe Path Forward suicide prevention project, overseeing operations, staff supervision, community partnerships, grant compliance, reporting, budgets, SPARS submissions, and culturally responsive youth and family engagement. Serves as the primary SAMHSA contact and coordinates assessments, strategic planning, postvention protocols, evaluation, outreach, and behavioral health collaborations.

Leads the Keetoowah Healing Circle planning and infrastructure project, supervising staff, coordinating tribal and community partnerships, overseeing assessments and engagement activities, developing a System of Care blueprint and sustainability plan, monitoring budgets and performance, and ensuring timely SAMHSA reporting and grant compliance. The role emphasizes culturally responsive planning, youth and family engagement, community infrastructure, and coordination across tribal programs, schools, and service organizations.

Provides peer-based recovery support to clients with addiction, mental health, medical, or disability-related needs. Builds trusting relationships, shares lived experience appropriately, supports crisis coping and healthcare navigation, coordinates client services, implements evidence-based programs, documents sessions, completes grant-related activities, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Administers and supports clinical applications and EHR systems, including configuration, upgrades, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, access management, workflow optimization, regulatory reporting, and data migration. Provides training and ongoing support to clinical staff while coordinating with IT teams and vendors. Develops documentation and identifies opportunities to improve application performance and clinical workflows in a behavioral health clinic.

Coordinate and deliver staff training, mentor clinicians, review and co-sign clinical documentation, ensure licensure and CEU compliance, support onboarding, and drive quality assurance and program improvement across clinical locations.

Serve as liaison between clinical staff and IT to administer and optimize EHRs and clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, RPMS, Meditech). Manage configuration, updates, testing, integrations, user access/security, training, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, regulatory reporting, and support quality improvement and data migration projects.
