Teams at Echoing Hills Village, Inc.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor person-centered active treatment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Oversee program delivery, behavior management, medical/financial supports, regulatory compliance, and family/agency communication. Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams, lead facility programming (including faith-based activities), and serve on the supervisory management team.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the region including recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, employee records, compliance assistance, and candidate coordination. Serve as receptionist when needed and participate in ministry and community events.

Manage residential programming for individuals with developmental disabilities: oversee daily operations, staff supervision and development, active treatment planning, regulatory compliance, budgeting, reporting, community relations, and trainings while promoting residents' independence and aligning with the organization's Christian mission.
