Supports fundraising and development by cultivating donor relationships, managing stewardship and donor records, researching and preparing grant proposals, coordinating deadlines and reports, assisting fundraising campaigns, developing community partnerships, and collaborating on donor communications and storytelling.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors person-centered active treatment programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Oversees behavioral interventions, resident programming, medical and financial needs, regulatory compliance, family communication, and collaboration with nursing, dietary, and external agencies. Participates in supervisory management and Christian ministry activities while supporting residents’ independence and personal goals.

Coordinates staffing, schedules, transportation, household operations, supplies, documentation, and compliance for an intermediate care facility serving individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, direct care coverage, safety procedures, regulatory audits, and person-centered goals while collaborating with nursing, QIDP, and DSP teams.
