Manages customer-facing technical projects for radar solutions, coordinating demonstrations, implementations, integrations, support, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partners with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to deliver successful pre- and post-sales engagements. Serves as the primary customer contact, maintains project plans and documentation, resolves escalations, and supports delivery planning. The role requires 5+ years of project or technical program management experience and moderate travel.

Architect and develop a next-generation radar software platform using asynchronous Rust backend services, APIs, real-time data models, and React front ends. Advance algorithms and prototypes into high-performance, observable production systems designed for resilience, offline operation, security, and intermittent connectivity. Improve CI/CD, testing, instrumentation, and service reliability while collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.

Perform RF measurements, extended testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations for radar subsystems and components. Design and improve RF test methods, fixtures, equipment, procedures, and guidelines while collaborating with electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams. Analyze RF performance metrics, support board- and system-level debugging, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
