Lead mechanical design for electro-mechanical radar products, addressing thermal, environmental, structural, and PCB packaging constraints. Advise RF, microwave, antenna, and digital teams, perform hand and computational analysis, use SolidWorks and GD&T, and drive designs through qualification and production readiness while meeting export-control requirements.

Design and implement automated UI (Selenium) and REST API tests in Python; integrate tests into Jenkins CI/CD; build test tools, dashboards, and notifications; maintain test infrastructure (Docker, Linux); analyze requirements to create automation suites; collaborate with developers to improve testability and mentor junior engineers.

Design, execute, and lead verification and user-acceptance testing for radar systems. Plan test campaigns, operate UAS and lead flight teams, collect and analyze test data, develop test equipment, and collaborate with engineering to resolve hardware/software issues and improve processes and safety.
