Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy, build and deliver scalable training (including onboarding and leadership/manager programs), manage the LMS and learning metrics (AS9100 reporting), partner with HR and business leaders on career and competency frameworks, manage vendors and L&D budget, and continuously evaluate and improve programs to support organizational growth.

Provides strategic and administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents and leadership teams across Research, Development, and Product. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and planning coordination, travel and expense administration, preparation of agendas and briefing materials, action-item tracking, dashboard and documentation maintenance, vendor and financial paperwork, confidential communications, and process improvement.

Lead development of radar pose estimation and sensor-fusion systems for GPS-denied environments. Develop algorithms using radar, IMU, terrain maps, SLAM, inertial navigation, factor graphs, and machine learning, then guide them from research through production deployment. Analyze field data, identify failure modes, make system-level tradeoffs, and collaborate with radar, signal processing, embedded software, systems, and test teams. Provide technical leadership on localization, navigation, and target-tracking capabilities.
