Front Desk Agents greet guests, determine their ticket and rental needs, operate the POS system and cash register, answer phones, provide resort and safety information, monitor lodge and cabin cleanliness, and collect customer feedback. The role also oversees front desk staff and assists with scheduling and hiring. Employees must communicate effectively, handle cash, stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and support other resort areas as needed.

Provide on-mountain safety and guest supervision, perform first aid and toboggan evacuations, conduct trail checks and hazard mitigation, support airlift and lift evacuations, complete incident reporting and required training, and maintain mountain operations and safety policies.
