Supports financial planning and analysis by gathering financial information, analyzing business-unit performance, assisting with expense allocations and monthly close, iterating quarterly forecasts, comparing actuals to forecasts, and preparing concise reports for managers and executives. The intern collaborates across departments, develops knowledge of company business units, and gains hands-on experience in finance and accounting.

Leads transportation operations management, departmental strategy, continuous improvement, quality assurance, technology adoption, and large-scale transitions. Oversees operational KPIs, account profitability, productivity, customer reviews, training, onboarding, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Recruiting, and Training to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply-chain outcomes while managing direct reports and departmental projects.

Support a book of transactional logistics accounts by handling daily operational tasks: data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, document collection, AR/AP assistance, issue resolution, SOP compliance, account profile management, and cross-team communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
