Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-native, serverless-first systems on AWS using Go and Python. Design high-performance microservices and event-driven solutions, integrate AI/ML, drive engineering standards, mentor engineers, perform architectural reviews, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across teams.

Provide tier I/II on-site deskside and cloud user support at corporate headquarters. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networks, Microsoft 365 and Azure/AD issues, document ticket resolutions, and communicate status to stakeholders.
