As an Account Executive, you will manage key client relationships, coordinate shipments, solve shipping issues, and ensure timely billing.

Acquire new logistics clients via phone and email, manage full sales cycle from prospecting to account management, use Salesforce and company software for pipeline and operations, coordinate internally to process transactions, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Coordinate freight shipments across North America by sourcing, onboarding, and dispatching carriers, negotiating rates, managing customer loads and assignments, tracking pickup and delivery, and using company systems to ensure timely service and resolve issues.
