Leads fundraising capacity, major donor and foundation relationships, grant development, strategic partnerships, communications, organizational systems, board coordination, and high-level initiatives for a growing affordable housing nonprofit. The role works across philanthropic, civic, faith-based, healthcare, and community environments while helping build the organization from the ground up.

Coordinates affordable housing development, construction, property setup, vendor relationships, financial administration, project documentation, and post-completion operations. Manages timelines, contracts, permits, invoices, construction draws, furnishing, utility setup, and operational readiness. Supports owner representation, property oversight, wraparound services, community partnerships, and scalable organizational systems for a growing nonprofit.
