Provides legal counsel to a community college on labor and employment law, collective bargaining, contracts, regulatory compliance, civil rights, and equal opportunity matters. Serves as chief diversity officer and Title VI and Title IX coordinator, overseeing discrimination and harassment investigations. Advises leadership on employee relations, discipline, policies, and compliance; represents the College in labor proceedings; drafts legal documents; negotiates with unions; coordinates with outside counsel; and provides related training.

Provides paraprofessional administrative support within a college Registrar’s department. Duties include working with college systems, applying established eligibility criteria, compiling and disseminating statistical data, assisting administrators with projects, and supervising clerical employees. The role involves public contact, administrative coordination, communication, computer use, and supporting an inclusive learning environment.
