Maintain and administer computer networks, systems software, and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues. Configure and monitor antivirus and email applications. Design, configure, and test networking and OS software. Support partners and customers on networking projects. Create network diagrams and documentation and ensure network security for devices like switches, firewalls, wireless APs, controllers, and IP cameras.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise for SSL/TLS and PKI solutions: qualify customer needs, design certificate architectures, recommend automation (ACME/SCEP/EST), run demos and PoCs, prepare RFP/RFI documentation, troubleshoot certificate issues, and enable internal teams with deployment guides and feedback to product/engineering.

Implement, configure, and manage PKI infrastructure and certificate lifecycles; operate CAs; monitor and troubleshoot certificate and encryption issues; integrate PKI with apps and networks; ensure security compliance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with teams and clients to resolve tickets.
