Validates invoice legitimacy and collateral by contacting account debtors via phone and email. Identifies suspicious paperwork alterations, evaluates and mitigates financial risk, documents verification activity, follows up on pending invoices, and escalates issues. The role also communicates with clients to resolve verification issues while maintaining accurate records, meeting goals, and supporting the prevention of faulty collateral entering the company’s portfolio.

Own the technical strategy and execution of strategic partner integrations. Design, build, support, and govern secure integrations with transportation management systems, load boards, financial data providers, and other partners. Lead technical onboarding, translate business requirements into solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, document architectures and data flows, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships. Mentor team members and provide technical expertise during partner and client engagements.

Provides phone-based client support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. Educates clients about services, assists with onboarding, coordinates with internal departments, builds client relationships, and records interactions accurately in the company database.
