Lead design and delivery of a high-volume, multi-currency transactional platform. Own services end-to-end, translate finance requirements into technical solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure production reliability, scalability, observability, and integrations with external financial systems.

Own end-to-end mobile design for Ebury's native iOS and Android apps, translating complex financial workflows into simple, accessible interactions. Prototype, test, and iterate with Product, Engineering and Data, contribute mobile components to the design system, and drive high-quality launches.

Lead end-to-end design for client-facing channels, creating scalable, responsive experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to define problems, prototype, test, and ship polished solutions. Extend the design system, use data to inform trade-offs, and contribute to design culture through critiques and workshops. Fintech or regulated-product experience preferred.
