Teams at Ebury

Provide daily operational and trading support to a portfolio of ~300 corporate clients via Ebury's platform. Handle client enquiries across channels, resolve issues, liaise with internal teams, identify growth opportunities, manage live FX trades/payments accurately, and promote Ebury products while maintaining high service standards.

Structure and price FX derivatives (vanilla to exotic), design FX hedging solutions, execute complex hedges, support front office and sales, and train teams in pricing and risk strategies.

Lead strategy, delivery, and evolution of ERP and accounting platform integrations. Define product vision and roadmap, translate partner needs into API specs, coordinate engineering and vendors, ensure high-quality API design, documentation, and scalable onboarding, and act as primary product contact for stakeholders and external partners.
