Lead and grow software engineering teams building client FX risk management applications. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, roadmap and delivery ownership, architecture guidance for scalable event-driven systems on AWS and BigQuery, cross-functional collaboration, production reliability, testing, CI/CD, observability, and responsible AI adoption in development workflows.

Own end-to-end product design for Ebury’s onboarding and activation experiences across customer-facing and internal workflows. Simplify identity verification, KYB/KYC, document collection, compliance, and account activation journeys while balancing customer, business, regulatory, risk, and operational needs. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams; design responsive web and mobile experiences; prototype, test, iterate, extend the design system, and ensure accessible, polished implementation.

Generate new B2B sales opportunities by researching prospects, contacting decision-makers, understanding client needs, and presenting international payment and FX solutions. Negotiate and close deals while collaborating with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding.
