Reconcile client funds and outbound payments, investigate missing or returned payments, fund trades, verify bank and beneficiary details, and process domestic and SWIFT payment queries. The role also involves assigning currency accounts, checking payment statuses in banking platforms, escalating issues, meeting service-level agreements, and following internal procedures. Strong attention to detail, communication, research, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential.

Supports treasury operations through daily reconciliations of 800+ accounts across 100+ currencies. Performs FX trade reconciliation under EMIR requirements, monitors settlements and balances, investigates discrepancies, conducts internal control checks, prepares treasury position reports, documents processes, and assists with audits. The role requires strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, effective communication, adaptability, and high-level English.
