Leads U.S. and Canadian Subscription Services with full regional P&L accountability. Oversees financial performance, pricing, margins, working capital, reporting, governance, compliance, controls, audit readiness, and scalable operations. Partners with sales and senior stakeholders to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer and publisher satisfaction. Leads distributed teams, develops talent, and maintains a high-performance culture. The role is hybrid with strong on-site presence in Birmingham, Alabama, and requires approximately 25%–50% travel.

Drive sales growth across academic, medical, and corporate markets by prospecting, managing opportunity pipelines, building relationships with decision-makers, delivering virtual presentations and product demos, developing account strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Collaborate with outside sales, sales support, marketing, and customer satisfaction teams to customize offerings, manage pricing, understand competitive positioning, and close opportunities.

Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing for web-based products against WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549 standards. Document and help remediate accessibility defects, support product audits, maintain accessibility documentation such as ACRs and VPATs, and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and customers. Advocate for accessible design and development while staying current with accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and industry practices.
