Own full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly (including union) roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, extend offers, manage onboarding, maintain Paylocity records, coordinate background checks and I-9/E-Verify, track recruiting metrics, and support HR engagement initiatives.

Lead product portfolio strategy to drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, roadmap management, product line simplification, and cross-functional alignment. Manage and develop a product management team, prioritize pipeline and critical projects, and identify market trends and opportunities to guide product development and commercialization.

Operate and set up tool room machines to produce and repair fixtures, gauges, and components. Read/interprete drawings, control cutting feeds/speeds, perform CNC and crane operations, maintain tooling, and support reverse engineering and part layout tasks while following safety rules.
