Provides direct nursing care to residents in a clinical care setting, including medication and IV administration, treatments, monitoring, documentation, care planning, and safety oversight. Supervises and evaluates nurse aides, supports resident-centered care, coordinates medications with pharmacies, trains staff, and reports health concerns to nursing leadership. Requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts and the physical ability to assist residents with mobility and care needs.

Provides direct care to elderly and disabled residents, including medication administration, bathing, grooming, toileting, meals, housekeeping, transportation coordination, and emotional support. Documents care accurately, monitors resident conditions, performs basic assessments using a glucometer and blood pressure equipment, communicates changes to healthcare professionals and families, follows care plans and HIPAA requirements, and responds to call bells. Requires flexibility for variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding resident-care activities.

Provides direct nursing care in a residential clinical setting, including medication and treatment administration, assessments, documentation, care planning, resident rounds, and supervision of CNA staff. The LPN supports person-directed care, responds to health and safety concerns, maintains medication and equipment standards, trains personnel, and assists with staffing coverage. Work may include evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and requires physical mobility and handling of patient-care equipment.
