Leads full-cycle global recruitment across individual contributor and leadership roles. Partners with hiring managers on workforce planning, develops sourcing strategies, conducts talent mapping and market analysis, builds international candidate pipelines, and provides salary and talent-market intelligence. The role independently manages recruitment processes, sources passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks, supports global expansion hiring, and manages relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms.

Execute payments and fund transfers through banking platforms and payment networks, perform reconciliations and exception handling, screen transactions for compliance, support transaction posting, prepare reports, and contribute to treasury process improvement and automation.

Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support: manage calendars, prepare meetings and documents, handle correspondence, arrange travel, maintain records, liaise with stakeholders, process expenses, and preserve confidentiality to ensure smooth executive office operations.
