Design and build hyperscale observability infrastructure for metrics, logs, and traces. Develop fault-tolerant, high-throughput distributed services; operate Kubernetes-based production systems; improve self-healing, autoscaling, reliability, and incident response; and collaborate with SREs and platform teams. The role includes architecture reviews, production readiness work, post-incident improvements, open-source contributions, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Designs, builds, deploys, and scales production-grade AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, agents, web applications, data pipelines, and decision-support tools for Finance use cases. Partners with Finance, Product, Engineering, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and optimize deployed systems for reliability and measurable business value.

Supports enhanced due diligence and AML reviews for higher-risk customers, including PEPs and SIPs. Leads periodic reviews for low- and medium-risk sellers, coordinates EDD Committee activities, assists with compliance policy and governance reviews, and improves EDD processes. The role requires independent work, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
