Coordinate coalition-based campaigns for housing, worker, immigrant, and racial justice. Conduct outreach to organizational partners, plan and run meetings, actions, and events; support media and lobbying; assist basebuilding, presentations, faith-rooted organizing, and civic engagement. Maintain administrative tasks, reporting, and staff collaboration under direction of a Senior Campaign Director.

Lead development and execution of Black Workers United organizing and basebuilding. Supervise organizers, build coalitions with unions and worker centers, design and run campaigns, coordinate with allied teams, secure funding, and develop leadership pipelines while ensuring campaign alignment with organizational strategy.
