Lead civic engagement, electoral, and political power-building across the East Bay. Coordinate voter engagement, field programs, endorsements, coalition partnerships, staff training, campaign infrastructure, budgets, and compliance. Supervise coordinators and field staff, support fundraising, and develop systems to advance long-term power-building for workers, tenants, and marginalized communities.
