Designs, deploys, and operates scalable machine learning systems in production. Responsibilities include ML infrastructure architecture, model training and monitoring, CI/CD, APIs, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, data pipelines, observability, security, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with data scientists and engineers, troubleshoots production systems, and mentors teammates on MLOps and ML deployment practices, particularly for financial and payment-related applications.

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for fraud prevention, chargeback risk, and payment risk. Build production-grade APIs, data pipelines, and services; manage CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting for ML systems. Collaborate with data science, engineering, MLOps, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions, while mentoring colleagues and improving AI development practices.

Lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of EBANX’s Brazil payment solutions. Manage and develop a team of product managers, drive commercial growth and go-to-market initiatives, align global and local stakeholders, and oversee discovery, delivery, launches, and performance measurement. Own key payment metrics including transaction volume, revenue, costs, and margins while monitoring market, regulatory, and competitive developments.
