Teams at Ebanx

Lead and scale EBANX's global AML program across multiple jurisdictions. Own KYC/KYP/KYE, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations and SAR/STR reporting. Manage correspondent bank and regulator relationships, conduct enterprise AML risk assessments, and report to executive leadership and the Board. Build and coach a high-performing AML team and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk to embed risk-based controls while applying automation and analytics to improve effectiveness and customer experience.

Support daily treasury operations including updating balances and bank statements, AP/AR and ERP routines, cash flow controls, KPI reporting, compliance documentation, execute automations, assist month-end closing, and identify process improvements.

Lead end-to-end chargeback and fraud operations: investigate disputes, analyze KPIs, advise merchants, build dashboards, optimize processes, partner with Product/Engineering, and drive automation to improve financial performance and compliance.
