Own technical payment performance for strategic merchants across Latin America and Africa. Investigate payment issues, analyze data with SQL, lead testing and integration launches, reduce chargebacks, coordinate incidents, present technical findings to executives, identify expansion opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

Develop regulatory strategy for Argentine and South Cone payments markets, monitor LATAM regulatory changes, translate legal developments into executive insights, review contracts, assess risks for market expansion, and partner with legal, compliance, product, operations, sales, and commercial teams. The role requires payments or fintech experience, knowledge of Argentine BCRA frameworks, regional regulatory fluency, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and AI expertise.

Provide strategic executive support to a global C-suite leader by managing complex calendars, international travel, high-stakes communications, confidentiality, São Paulo office operations, client events, and backup support for other executive assistants.
