Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and expansion of EBANX payout products across new markets. Lead product development from market assessment and requirements through launch and optimization, using payment ecosystem expertise to create scalable solutions. Collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders while balancing business impact, technical complexity, customer needs, and revenue growth.

Lead and scale EBANX's global AML program across multiple jurisdictions. Own KYC/KYP/KYE, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations and SAR/STR reporting. Manage correspondent bank and regulator relationships, conduct enterprise AML risk assessments, and report to executive leadership and the Board. Build and coach a high-performing AML team and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk to embed risk-based controls while applying automation and analytics to improve effectiveness and customer experience.

Own product strategy and market expansion for payment solutions across MENA. Lead discovery, partner assessment, financial-flow design, integrations, launches, and scaling while collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams. Translate local market and merchant needs into scalable products, support enterprise opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure compliant operational readiness across multiple countries.
