Analyze payment partner performance, processing costs, profitability, and operational data to improve approval rates, costs, and customer experience. Build financial scenarios, investigate billing discrepancies, manage acquirer and card-scheme relationships, support routing and volume decisions, and translate regulatory or market changes into business actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams while driving initiatives through implementation and results validation.

Supports global Compliance operations through data extraction, analysis, dashboards, reporting, monitoring controls, and process automation. Develops solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI technologies; improves data quality, reduces manual work and false positives, and collaborates with engineering and data teams to create scalable compliance workflows.

Designs and automates identity lifecycle processes, integrates systems with SailPoint, manages access controls across Entra ID, AWS, and GCP, resolves access issues, and develops tools and AI agents. The role also supports audit evidence and remediation for PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 compliance.
