Own a Brisbane portfolio of restaurant partners, building relationships, improving retention, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include field visits, onboarding, partner activation, performance monitoring, consultative interventions, upselling, cross-selling, campaign support, and process improvement. The role combines autonomous territory management with dashboard-based analysis and collaboration across internal teams to improve partner success and support market expansion.

Coordinates global recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, hiring pipeline tracking, employer branding, and onboarding. Supports HRIS administration, employee records, process documentation, and People & Culture programs such as engagement, learning and development, and compensation cycles. The role requires strong organization, communication, English proficiency, cross-time-zone collaboration, and comfort working in a fast-paced scaleup environment.
