The cheesemonger assists retail operations, manages inventory, provides customer service, and ensures product knowledge sharing.

Plans, schedules and executes public and private food and beverage events and classes. Prepares workstations, serves guests, supports the chef, manages setup/cleanup, writes class descriptions, handles BEOs and registration pages, builds client relationships, and coordinates interdepartmental event logistics.

Provide autonomous IT leadership for multiple Eataly locations: implement IT strategy, manage projects and POS systems, support new store technology rollouts, resolve system issues, and create SOPs and SLAs.
