Lead and supervise Front End cashiers to ensure efficient checkout and excellent guest experience. Handle advanced cashiering, settle daily cash/credit transactions, prepare deposits, manage cash recycling and currency orders, order front-end supplies, document and resolve incidents, and train/mentor staff. Support management with reporting and operational duties.

Provide timely delivery of food and beverages, clear and reset tables, assist servers, maintain cleanliness in assigned area, and support a high-quality dining experience.

Plan, schedule and execute public and private food and wine events and classes; support the chef and La Scuola guests; prepare workstations and dining setups; serve meals and beverages, noting dietary needs; clean and restock; write class descriptions, compile instructor bios, BEOs and contracts; create registration pages; build client relationships and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
