Manage store HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations, investigations, terminations, benefits awareness, compliance, and HR metrics support for the Chicago location.

Manage in-store marketing operations: execute corporate and local marketing strategies, oversee events and events team, produce/approve signage and social content, manage budgets and vendor/partner relationships, track and report performance, and ensure brand-compliant in-store communications.

Provide IT strategy and hands-on support across multiple Eataly USA locations: manage IT projects, implement store technology (including POS), resolve system issues, develop SOPs and SLAs, support new store openings, and handle day-to-day IT requests.
