Manage and support weekly payroll for multiple U.S. and Canadian locations, including payroll audits, adjustments, reports, manual checks, deductions, discrepancy resolution, and compliance documentation. Analyze payroll data, maintain confidential records, answer payroll questions, and improve processes in coordination with managed payroll and Dayforce teams.

Manages store-level marketing strategy and execution, including local campaigns, events, community relations, in-store communications, signage, social media, and brand standards. Leads the Events team, coordinates with corporate marketing and communications, manages external relationships, tracks budgets, analyzes performance, and reports results to leadership. Requires onsite availability with evenings, weekends, holidays, and up to 10% travel.

Evaluates and implements IT strategies and solutions across Eataly USA locations and corporate offices. Manages IT projects, infrastructure needs, POS systems, service level agreements, and store technology implementations. Provides technical support, analyzes system issues, develops resolutions, and advises management on IT needs. The role operates autonomously and requires occasional travel within the United States.
