Build internal tools, AI agents, and lightweight proofs of concept; implement and maintain external tools and workflows; improve team efficiency through no-code/low-code automations and operational tooling.

Prospect, qualify, and close new restaurant customers across single- and multi-outlet F&B accounts. Own the full sales funnel from outreach (Lemlist) to onboarding, manage pipelines, run consultative sales conversations, hit targets, and share customer insights with marketing and product to scale international growth.

Manage merchant onboarding from signed deal to go-live, run onboarding calls, configure accounts/payments/content, coordinate internal teams, and create scalable onboarding processes, checklists, and documentation to reduce friction and improve time-to-go-live.
