The Senior Talent Manager leads global recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and talent development initiatives across a growing SaaS organization. Responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies, managing full-cycle hiring, optimizing onboarding programs, creating employer brand content, supporting workforce planning, partnering with hiring managers, and improving recruitment processes. The role requires international experience, strong business partnership skills, and fluency in French, English, and German.

Builds and maintains Salesforce and Revenue Operations systems, including Apex development, Lightning components, CPQ configuration, integrations, automation, data migrations, and governance. Leads technical architecture, deployment standards, documentation, training, and user enablement. Designs AI-powered revenue workflows and LLM integrations with safeguards for privacy, reliability, human oversight, auditability, and cost control. Requires strong Salesforce, CPQ, RevOps technology, API, automation, data governance, AI integration, and technical documentation experience.

Lead revenue operations by building analytics and operational infrastructure across Salesforce and BI systems. Drive sales programs, forecasting, data governance, process documentation, training, and automation to improve forecast accuracy, campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, and scalable execution. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable data-driven decisions and ensure consistent adoption of processes and systems.
