Lead revenue operations by building analytics and operational infrastructure across Salesforce and BI systems. Drive sales programs, forecasting, data governance, process documentation, training, and automation to improve forecast accuracy, campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, and scalable execution. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable data-driven decisions and ensure consistent adoption of processes and systems.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based revenue systems (Apex, LWC, CPQ), integrate revenue tech via APIs/ETL, lead data migrations and governance, deploy AI/LLM-driven workflows with guardrails, document architectures, and enable Revenue Operations users to adopt scalable, production-ready automation and quote-to-cash processes.

Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers post-sale: manage onboarding, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, proactive recommendations, product guidance, and strategic planning to ensure clients realize value from EasyVista SaaS products while coordinating internal teams and documenting outcomes.
