Leads affiliate and creator distribution for a new crypto-focused betting product. Owns partner recruitment, commercial terms, revenue-share structures, creator partnerships, acquisition funnels, marketing budgets, P&L, CAC, LTV, attribution, CRM journeys, and regulatory standards. The role requires building scalable acquisition channels across YouTube, X, streaming, and crypto communities while managing performance and international growth from the Melbourne office.

Owns operational workstreams supporting Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include coordinating priorities and delivery milestones, configuring Jira and Confluence, managing business-system integrations, building dashboards, improving workflows, applying AI to automate processes, supporting organizational changes, and providing data-informed recommendations to stakeholders.

Own the complete digital advertising sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, campaign optimization, renewals, and upsells. Manage CRM and order-management pipelines, negotiate insertion orders and programmatic deals, monitor campaign performance, and develop sales materials and workflows. Collaborate with creator partnerships, ad operations, product, and marketing teams to expand KICK’s global advertising revenue.
