The role also mentors support staff, manages performance, improves self-service, and partners with systems administrators on platform improvements and incident resolution.

Own the complete digital advertising sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, campaign optimization, renewals, and upsells. Manage CRM and order-management pipelines, negotiate insertion orders and programmatic deals, monitor campaign performance, and develop sales materials and workflows. Collaborate with creator partnerships, ad operations, product, and marketing teams to expand KICK’s global advertising revenue.

Drive digital advertising revenue by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing media deals with brands and agencies. Manage the commercial pipeline, insertion orders, programmatic access, campaign delivery, optimization, renewals, cross-sells, and upsells. Collaborate with Creator Partnerships, Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams while building scalable sales processes, collateral, and workflows for KICK’s global advertising business.
