Coordinate accounts receivable follow-ups by contacting customers about outstanding invoices, completing vendor registrations, resolving payment blockers, maintaining accurate records, and escalating unresolved issues. The role emphasizes communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-team coordination rather than formal accounting experience. Previous collections, customer service, administrative coordination, Salesforce, and Business Central experience are beneficial but not required.

Lead the visual direction of the product suite and own the visual layer of the design system. Define visual standards, build components and interaction patterns, drive adoption across product squads, and contribute to platform product design. Work closely with engineering and designers, using code and Claude Code to implement and ship design-system improvements.

Own product design end to end, from discovery and research through delivery and quality assurance. Partner with product managers and engineers on priorities, run user interviews and usability tests, use analytics to guide decisions, create interface copy, build coded prototypes, and contribute to the design system. The role requires ownership of complex B2B SaaS products, strong product thinking, effective cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to work in or relocate to Dubai.
