Owns collateral documentation, lien releases, recording, title and post-closing functions throughout the residential mortgage loan lifecycle. Manages foreclosure and REO documentation, title and lien issues, mortgage assignments, allonges, collateral quality control, securitization support, trailing documents, and custody controls. Works with attorneys, title companies, recording offices, custodians, investors, and vendors while developing scalable processes and bringing selected functions in-house.

Manage custody, tracking, perfection, and administration of original residential mortgage loan collateral. Coordinate with title companies, custodians, recording offices, lenders, investors, and internal teams to ensure documents are complete, secure, and available for financing, sales, securitizations, and audits. Maintain inventory, chain-of-custody, recording, lien release, assignment/allonge administration, and provide investor/warehouse and foreclosure/REO support.

Perform due diligence and underwriting for DSCR mortgage loans, manage a pipeline of 25–30 deals, communicate with investors and brokers, prepare asset summary reports, coordinate vendors, and support loan closings while building client relationships and attending industry events.
