Leads onboarding, sales training, role-playing, coaching, CRM standards, product knowledge, and ongoing development for new home sales professionals. Demonstrates sales processes in assigned communities, provides mentorship and performance feedback, reinforces customer experience standards, supports sales coverage needs, and partners with leadership to identify development opportunities. Requires extensive new home sales experience, an active real estate license, strong CRM knowledge, and the ability to travel between communities.
