Leads integrated marketing and communications efforts for a nonprofit disability-services organization. Responsibilities include developing content, coordinating email, social, website, print, fundraising, and awareness campaigns; managing communications calendars, workflows, vendors, and brand standards; drafting newsletters, appeals, press releases, and web copy; supporting media outreach and events; and tracking digital and campaign performance to recommend improvements.

Leads organization-wide fundraising and marketing strategy, including major gifts, campaigns, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, grants, public relations, digital campaigns, and brand messaging. Owns revenue targets, development infrastructure, CRM reporting, KPIs, and analytics. Builds external relationships, oversees marketing and development teams, drives organizational philanthropy, and ensures compliance and performance accountability.
