Welcome and assist museum visitors, lead exhibit talks, facilitate engagement and group check-ins, support floor operations and special events, maintain visitor-facing spaces, report and escalate issues, and coordinate with teams for smooth visitor experiences.

Lead and execute multi-year fundraising strategy to grow contributed revenue, personally manage a major gifts portfolio, close six- and seven-figure gifts, design and run a capital campaign, expand institutional and corporate funding, build development systems and team, and partner with senior leadership and the board on revenue forecasting and organizational strategy.
