Coordinate engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and resources to develop schedules, high-level and detailed estimates, and execution plans. Incorporate tasks into the integrated Engineering schedule, produce status reports, attend cross-functional meetings, propose solutions for delays, and drive small projects (<100 hours) to completion while ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

Develop and maintain project and production-level schedules, update MS Planner/Primavera status, analyze schedule performance (SPI/CPI), coordinate with discipline managers, project engineers, payroll, and subcontractors, and assist engineering leadership with manpower projections and special research projects.

Support development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software, data platforms, and analytical applications. Gather requirements, produce design and requirements documents, build SharePoint front-ends and automated workflows with Power Automate, write basic SQL queries, create Power BI reports, assist implementation, train end users, and maintain documentation while ensuring data privacy and adherence to government shipbuilding standards.
