Develop and expand customer relationships across Eastern Washington by selling communications technology and services to public safety, utilities, transportation, and other organizations. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, market research, presentations, contract negotiation, closing deals, CRM management, forecasting, customer retention, and collaboration with technical and operational teams. The role requires extensive travel to customer meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Provides technical pre-sales support for mission-critical radio communications systems serving public safety, industrial, transportation, and utility markets. Designs integrated P25, DMR, LTE/FirstNet, microwave, dispatch, and IP networking solutions; prepares quotations, BOMs, drawings, RF studies, and RFP responses. Advises channel partners, delivers demonstrations and technical training, supports sales strategies, and researches communications technologies and vendor products. The role is remote in the Eastern or Central time zones with approximately 25% travel.

Serve as first-line customer contact processing purchase orders, generating quotes, procuring products, and managing returns/repairs. Coordinate with sales, operations, vendors, and finance while updating ERP and responding to phone and email inquiries.
