Manage daily operations for a banking branch, including cash vault and ATM custody, audits, negotiable instruments, compliance, security, quality control, and safe deposit records. Serve retail customers by opening accounts, processing transactions, taking loan applications, closing consumer loans, handling account maintenance, and making referrals. Balance policy requirements with sound judgment and escalate unclear issues appropriately.

Leads Eastern Bank’s second-line security and fraud risk oversight program. Responsibilities include risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, monitoring emerging threats and fraud schemes, regulatory compliance, issue management, executive reporting, audit and examination support, and effective challenge of physical security, facilities, fraud operations, and business-unit controls. The role also drives enterprise risk strategy, governance improvements, and use of Archer and other GRC tools.
