Manages branch operations, including cash vault and ATM oversight, audits, compliance, security, account-opening quality control, safe deposit records, and customer transactions. Opens accounts, processes deposits and loans, handles monetary instruments, services accounts, and makes referrals. Requires sound judgment, customer service, communication, organization, technical literacy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manages enterprise security and compliance by conducting risk assessments, analyzing security trends, responding to threat intelligence and incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining audit documentation, and improving security procedures. The role also develops physical security training, supports compliance with regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, and creates threat response and recovery plans. It is hybrid, office-based, includes occasional travel between locations, and requires on-call incident response availability.

Monitors, trades, and manages client portfolios while supporting portfolio managers and the Central Trading Group. Reviews accounts for investment objective and model compliance, performs tax management and research, maintains client and account data across investment systems, prepares reports and presentations, supports client meetings, assists with audits and policy updates, and contributes to process improvement and training.
