Manages operational functions for a bank branch, including cash vault and ATM custody, audits, negotiable instruments, compliance, security, account-opening quality control, and safe deposit records. Provides customer service by opening accounts, processing transactions, handling account maintenance, taking loan applications, closing consumer loans, and making referrals. Requires sound judgment, professionalism, communication skills, technical literacy, and the ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.

Participates in a two- to three-year commercial banking credit training program with rotations across lending groups. Analyzes financial statements, commercial loan requests, ACH and correspondent banking risks, and vendor risks. Prepares credit memoranda, supports credit approval and review processes, attends credit committee meetings, and develops analytical, presentation, and communication skills for future credit, portfolio management, relationship management, or business banking roles.

Provides first-line support for high-volume customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email. Answers questions about bank products, services, policies, and procedures; researches issues; resolves complaints; protects customer and bank interests; and meets service and sales goals. Requires strong communication, listening, multitasking, organization, computer, and data-entry skills. Roles may be remote or onsite and require flexibility for evenings and weekends.
