Provide classroom and outreach support for pupils with SEND and school staff: assist with planning, deliver and evaluate learning activities, observe and consult, support behaviour management, and help implement new approaches under Educational Psychology oversight.

Provide high-level executive assistance to the Director of Public Health and Assistant Directors, coordinating strategic activity, governance, FOI and information governance, managing complex confidential information, organising senior meetings and corporate reporting, supporting decision-making, and supervising/coordining administrative staff to ensure effective delivery and assurance across the department.

Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND, coordinate Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments, draft outcome-focused EHCPs, work with families, schools and partners, prepare documentation for panels and tribunals, ensure statutory timescales and safeguarding, and maintain accurate records using IT systems.
