Investigate and resolve Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints for the SENA team, conduct thorough evidence-based investigations, produce clear reports and responses, support Ombudsman enquiries, identify service improvements, analyse complaint trends, and build relationships with managers, partners and the public to achieve early and fair resolution.

Provide timely, accurate statutory returns and statistical information. Maintain data quality, address data issues, support training and induction, produce clear system instructions, analyse and present data, and work with minimal supervision to support departmental objectives and deadlines.

Provide BI, research and insight support for Children and Family Services (SEND and inclusion). Manage, analyse and visualise large complex datasets, produce charts/tables/maps/dashboards, extract data from systems, apply basic statistical techniques, present findings, and work with stakeholders to support decision making.
