Supports marketing initiatives through planning, execution, and tracking of email, event, social media, and content programs. Coordinates community events, vendors, sponsorships, promotional items, and marketing logistics. Maintains records, tracks deadlines and deliverables, develops content, manages social media activities, analyzes campaign metrics, and prepares performance reports. Requires strong organization, communication, proofreading, project management, and general computer skills.

Provide administrative support for regulatory and compliance tasks: assist with lease and contract tracking, prepare regulatory filings, respond to subpoenas and legal requests, maintain records, coordinate courthouse filings and renewals, and perform general office duties using MS Office and document software.
