Teams at East Coast Metal Distributors, Inc.

Owns execution of the e-commerce product roadmap, including backlog management, Agile delivery, QA acceptance, documentation, and release coordination. Drives digital adoption through Salesforce and BI reporting, partners with sales and operations, supports e-commerce marketing initiatives, and leads cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and online revenue.

Manages assigned customer accounts, develops new business, supports purchasing decisions, monitors pricing, collects receivables, and coordinates deliveries and special orders. Travels to customer locations, generates sales orders, communicates product and service information, and collaborates with branch and regional management to increase sales and profitability. Requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and selling skills, plus the ability to work evenings and weekends and operate a company vehicle.

Manage and grow assigned HVAC customer accounts, solicit new business, process sales orders, follow up onsite, collect receivables, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with branch and regional managers.
