Teams at East Coast Metal Distributors, Inc.

Manages assigned customer accounts, develops new business, generates sales orders, and increases sales and profits. Provides product guidance, monitors customer pricing, collects receivables, coordinates special deliveries, and communicates with branch and regional management. Travels to customer locations to follow up on orders, answer questions, and secure new business. Requires strong sales, communication, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills, plus the ability to operate a company vehicle.

Develops customer relationships, grows assigned accounts, identifies sales opportunities, promotes digital ordering tools, supports online orders, analyzes customer and sales data, manages CRM records, forecasts activity, and achieves revenue, margin, engagement, and customer satisfaction targets for HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

Owns execution of the e-commerce product roadmap, including backlog management, Agile delivery, QA acceptance, documentation, and release coordination. Drives digital adoption through Salesforce and BI reporting, partners with sales and operations, supports e-commerce marketing initiatives, and leads cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and online revenue.
