Lead day-to-day field operations for snow removal and landscaping: manage scheduling, fleets, purchasing, budgets, field supervisors, quality control, client coordination, hiring, and safety compliance. Serve as operations hub reporting to Director of Operations and support sales and production teams.

Seasonal, on-call snow equipment operators and drivers perform snow and ice management across commercial and institutional sites. Duties include operating plow trucks and heavy equipment, spreading deicers, fueling and basic maintenance, loading/unloading materials, and following safety, company policies, and driving/background screening requirements during severe winter conditions.
