Lead day-to-day operations of two spay/neuter clinics, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure patient and client care standards, manage inventory, compliance, scheduling, training, budgeting, outreach, and facility maintenance to support accessible, affordable spay/neuter services.

The Shelter Operations Director manages animal shelter programs, oversees staff, develops strategies, and ensures operational effectiveness in animal welfare.

Lead and supervise animal care staff to ensure excellent care, efficient animal flow, and timely intakes/transfers. Oversee scheduling, training, performance management, supply ordering, recordkeeping, budgeting support, and collaborations with medical, behavior, volunteer, and marketing teams. Handle client interactions, occasional animal transfers, euthanasia decisions/records, and facility maintenance while improving shelter processes and community outreach.
