Lead day-to-day operations of two spay/neuter clinics, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure patient and client care standards, manage inventory, compliance, scheduling, training, budgeting, outreach, and facility maintenance to support accessible, affordable spay/neuter services.

Lead and supervise animal care staff to ensure excellent care, efficient animal flow, and timely intakes/transfers. Oversee scheduling, training, performance management, supply ordering, recordkeeping, budgeting support, and collaborations with medical, behavior, volunteer, and marketing teams. Handle client interactions, occasional animal transfers, euthanasia decisions/records, and facility maintenance while improving shelter processes and community outreach.

The Communications Specialist will lead storytelling efforts through multimedia content creation, manage social media, coordinate with videographers, and support marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and communicate the organization's mission effectively.
