Teams at East Bay Community Law Center

Provide phone intake and administrative support for the Housing and Homelessness Advocacy Team: interview clients, enter intake data into case management, refer clients to services, research and update referral resources, assist program staff, and perform additional administrative duties. Requires trauma-informed de-escalation, confidentiality, strong organization, and MS Office proficiency.
