East Bay Community Action Program Benefits Overview

Provide comprehensive case management and care coordination for RI Works and Project Opportunity participants. Conduct assessments, create individualized service plans, connect clients to housing, transportation, healthcare, and benefits, monitor progress, document case activity, and collaborate with community partners. Deliver coaching, home and community outreach, and advocacy to support employment readiness and long-term self-sufficiency while ensuring compliance with program and state requirements.

Support fundraising, donor relations, community outreach, events, storytelling, and CRM data management to secure resources for EBCAP programs across the East Bay. Coordinate campaigns, prepare donor communications, assist major donor cultivation, manage event logistics, and produce reports and analytics for leadership.

Lead and oversee out-of-school-time childcare and enrichment programs at Pell Elementary. Supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate daily operations and curricula, engage families and community partners, support students' social-emotional and academic needs, ensure program quality and licensing compliance, and manage reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
