Lead the credit union’s Compliance Management System and Enterprise Risk Management framework. Oversee regulatory monitoring, compliance testing, corrective actions, policy reviews, audits, examinations, and enterprise risk reporting. Advise leadership and the Board on regulatory and operational risks, guide compliance for products and initiatives, and build a high-performing compliance team. Ensure adherence to financial institution regulations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, fair lending, identity theft prevention, and fraud mitigation requirements.
